Have fun getting fit with the Dance Fit Happy! This app has a curation of hundreds of streamed workout dance videos which are selected at random so that you will get a different workout each day! You are even able to time your workout! The dances include Kpop, Hip Hop, Pop, RnB and many more! They are selected so as to get your heart pumping! The workouts are added on a regular basis to keep them up-to-date. For cardiovascular fitness, you can select the Dance option. We also include short workout videos for warming up and cooling down. If you wish to tone up, you can select a random video from one of our toning options. We also have a high impact aerobic option on Feel the Burn!

Will this help me to lose weight?
There is no guarantee that this will help you to lose weight. It might help with your fitness level and get rid of the guilty feeling you have when you don’t get enough exercise, though.
Will this give me a bikini body?
You will be able to fit into a bikini. What size that bikini is and whether or not it is aesthetically pleasing to yourself and others is a whole other issue.
What do I do if some of the workouts are too difficult?
I tend to free-style and add in my own modifications. No one is judging you.
There are a lot of dancers in the video, whom do I follow?
Follow the dancer who is moving the most.
I am not sweating enough after the workouts. Are you sure that they are heart-pumping?
It could be due to a variety of reasons. 1) Turn off the air-conditioning. 2) You are not moving hard enough. Make bigger movements to be fabulous. 3) You are really fit and this won’t make you sweat. 4) You need to see professional help as there is a problem with your sweat glands. That being said, be sure to wipe your sweat from time to time so that the floor won’t be slippery.
Did the creator of the app develop the fitness videos?
No. They are curated from youtube based on workouts that the creator of the app enjoys dancing to.
How long should I workout for?
Personally, I tend to start with a warm up video, then a session of Feel the Burn, followed by a toning session, then 30 minutes of dancing before a cool down. Then again, please do check with your physician if this workout is right for you and for how many minutes you should do it each week.
How accurate is your calorie burn count?
It is based on the metabolic equivalent of the activity and your current body mass. But I wont say that it is that accurate. An activity tracker would be more accurate.
